Located on the Kodatsuno plateau near the center of
Kanazawa city and adjacent to the special scenic
Kenrokuen Garden, one of Japan’s three famous
gardens, the Kanazawa Medical Center is a Japan’s
National Advanced Comprehensive Medical Facility
with 554 beds. As a regional core medical hospital, it
engages in comprehensive advanced medical care
focusing on, circulatory system and vascular diseases
with the open-type hospital bed policy and the
responsibility to provide emergency medical care. It
also plays a key role in promoting the comprehensive
medical network for patients including cancer sufferers.
The Kanazawa Medical Center also actively engages
in perinatal maternal health care and child medical
care as long as the treatment for mental illnesses with
physical complications.
